Founded in 2009 by Mr. Satish Mohite (BE Civil-AMICE), Register in MCGM, PMC, PNC, MBNC etc. We have now evolved into a fast growing organization spread into four dynamic & diversied divisions with over 100 people working Over last 9 years , we have successfully demonstrated our capabilities across projects involving residential properties.

Technoesis an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, provides approved Licensed Structural audit report, Electrical safety audit, Fire Safety audit and Budgetary Repair estimate with various technical suggestions recommendation, PMC, Tendering, contractor selection and other allied services for India. Recognized for quality and professional approach, has resulted in increased number of reference sites being cracked year on year with great satisfaction for MCGM (BMC), NMMC, TMC, KDMC, PMC, MBMC.
Technoesis provides Structure survey with project management consultancy for Old Residential Co-op. Housing societies, Commercial offices buildings, Multiplex Malls, Industrial Estates, Hospitals, Educational Institutions, Factories and other structures.

The Company has Civil Engineers and Supervisors taking care of the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) work and getting the work done from contractors according to the specifications for the material and workmanship in the given time frame. The Company has its own team of experienced supervisors, Senior Structural Engineers and Architects; specialized in Structural Rehabilitation Works, major repair works, new construction and Structural Audits with NDT.
